Projects

Marketing Service Group Project

My Group and I developed a strategic plan to increase brand awareness among the 23 to 27-year-old demographic for Copper Leaf Brewing and later presented a PowerPoint on how to promote and implement the plan to the owners. My role was to prepare and present a social media strategy that Copper Leaf could use to attract younger customers.

Documentary Video

I created a 5-minute documentary video that explored topics to educate, inform and entertain. I chose to explore the topic of happiness among college students at Salve Regina University through a series of thought-provoking questions. I narrated the story, used a tripod and camera for interviews, and edited the video.

Montage Video

I created a 60 second video around the theme of Love Where You Study that can be used to recruit students to Salve Regina. I used a camera and tripod to shoot B-roll and edited the footage I collected. Also, I included a voice over of my voice.

MAG Research Project

My group and I worked with the MAG to help promote Yayoi Kusama’s INFINITY MIRRORED ROOM—LET’S SURVIVE FOREVER, 2017 installation. Our goal was to raise awareness about the MAG and its installation among St. John Fisher students to encourage visitation. Through research, we developed a social media campaign and successfully reached our objective.

PR Writing Internship

I worked with the Office of Marketing and Communication for a semester long internship. I was responsible for writing articles for Fisher News Highlights, the University’s weekly online newsletter. The newsletter shares campus updates and news with students, alumni, and parents. My role involved tasks such as interviewing professors, students, and alumni. The stories I have written have involved research, organizing thoughts, and editing.
